dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research study is to measure the degree of impact of funds from California’s Local Control Funding Formula in responding to issues of adequacy and equity among socioeconomically disadvantaged (SED) students in secondary schools. The research question asks: Are Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) monies responding to issues of adequacy and equity among socioeconomically disadvantaged students in secondary schools? The research methodology consisted of one-on-one interviews with five administrators located in SED school sites in Southern California.
